We're here to bring a little 'amour' to your door with quality wigs that are designed by a baldie. Sometimes it takes a little trial & error before you find 'The One'...Not to worry! Below find all the information you need to make a quick return if it's not love at first sight.
TO MAKE A RETURN
You have 14 days after your order is processed and fulfilled to request a return and return the item.
- Log into your Encelia account to start a return
- encelia.com or account.enceliahair.com
- Enter the email address used when you placed your order
- Enter the 6-digit security code that was sent to the email address entered
- Click on your order number and then click on the "Request Return" button
- Select a reason for your return or write a note
- Prepare your package
- Reuse the packaging sent to you. If you ordered a wig or a topper, please place the tissue paper inside the cap and wrap the hair with the hair net to prevent tangling
- Place Return Sticker over the original shipping label
- A pre-paid return sticker is included in your package, simply attach this sticker outside your package. If you can't find it, simply reprint it in the returns center.
- Drop off
- Return the package to your nearest drop-off center or post-office
- Receive your refund
- Expect around 10 days for you return to be processed. We'll send you a confirmation email once the returned pieces have been received and the refund has been processed.
