How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return/exchange, please click help@enceliahair.com for U.S. or international orders (outside of the U.S.)
  1. Please review our return policy here.
  2. To initiate a return, please contact us help@enceliahair.com for U.S. or international orders (outside of the U.S.)
  3. You'll be emailed instructions along with a return shipping label.
  4. Ship the item back to us. 
  5. Once we receive your return order, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
Kindly note that we will deduct a return label fee from the refund amount for any returns (appox. $10 for U.S. orders and $26 for international).
