Need help choosing a wig or topper color?Updated 6 months ago

Determining your hair color on a computer screen can be difficult. The color on computer screens varies slightly, so choosing the color can be challenging. We are happy to help in one of two ways:

1. ORDER A WIG KIT

The Wig Kit program was designed to make shopping for a wig or a topper easier. After you book a 1:1 consultation with one of our wig experts, we will send you a color swatch along with our fitting caps (the fitting cap is just the wig without hair) so you can try on our caps and see our hair colors in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

2. SEND US A PICTURE OR INSPIRATION PHOTO & WE WILL HELP YOU FIND THE COLOR YOU DESIRE

When you take your picture, help us match the color by taking your picture in natural light (away from direct sunlight) and where we can see the hair color fully (from root to ends).

Our wigs and topper have a multi-tonal effect, meaning multiple highlights and lowlights create depth, resulting in a very natural look. To achieve our multi-tonal effect, we use three to four tones without the wig, known as a base or medium tone, a highlight, and a lowlight, which gives contrast and depth to our wigs resulting in a very natural look.


It is important to note that we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, so if the color of your wig or topper and the color doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it. There is no restocking or restyling fees.
